We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Because our products are made to order, cancellation is only possible before the order enters production.
Cancellation Before Production
You can contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not entered production, we will try to cancel it.
If the cancellation is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Production
Once production or printing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cancellation After Shipping
Orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been shipped.
If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, refusing delivery does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
